1175nm-1280nm Diode Laser

These quantum dot lasers from Frankfurt Laser Company (FLC) are high power single mode laser diodes operating in the 1175nm to 1280nm range. These Quantum Dot lasers delver up to 300mW of optical output power and are offered in a TO-18 (5.6mm) three pin package. These devices are based on a high power indium arsenide, gallium arsenide QD heterostructure. These semiconductor lasers have an integrated proprietary mirror coating technology which is designed to enable high reliability and a long lifetime. Among the key optical specifications are a parallel beam divergence of 38 degrees, and a perpendicular beam divergence of 6 degrees. These devices are offered by Laser Lab Source in North America.
