1310nm, 50mW DFB Laser from Innolume

The DFB-13XX-YY-50 is a Fiber Coupled Distributed-Feedback Laser Diode that features a 50mW output power ex-single mode fiber in the 1280-1330nm wavelength range. It also has an optional monitor photodiode and integrated optical isolator (OI), as well as mode-hop free continuous tuning (subject to OI option). The device uses proprietary mirror coating technology to enable high reliability and undergoes individual burn-in and thermal cycling screening.
