5.26µm MWIR DFB QCL HHL Overview:

This Distributed Feedback Quantum Cascade Laser delivers single-frequency output at Mid-Wave IR. The sealed HHL package includes an internal TEC to stabilize the laser diode temperature and provide stable and reliable output power and wavelength. The DFB waveguide provides single-frequency output, with SMSR of 30 dB. The maximum operating current is ~440mA, with a threshold current of 270mA. The maximum operating voltage is 12.8V. These QCL Lasers are available over the entire mid-IR spectrum, and are the ideal tool to apply to identify chemicals, gases, and liquids in trace quantities.
