These laser diodes from QD Laser offer 15 picosecond pulsing. These DFB lasers are offered in Butterfly packages with SMPM connectors. These lasers are suitable for short-pulsed seed sources including picosecond pulse operation. Theses 1030nm diode lasers are assembled into a 7-pin butterfly fiber coupled package.
