These 1030nm DFB laser diodes are optimized for pulsed mode of operation. They have been designed for use as a high power seed source. These butterfly packaged devices from eagleyard photonics are offered with PM fiber that has an angle polished connector. These devices are optimized for seed laser applications and are rated up to 600mW of output power. These DFB lasers have an integrated grating structure which offers single frequency mode of operation. They support narrow pulse widths of 10 nanoseconds at a repetition rate of 200 kHz. They can be operated in pulse mode with duty cycles up to % 0.2. Key spectral properties include a 2 MHz line width and a specified temperature tuning coefficient of 0.06 nm / degree Celsius. They have a high side mode suppression ratio (>30 dB) in CW mode and they have a quantified pulse to pulse repeatability of approximately 3%.
