Product Overview:

These 10W LuOcean series laser diodes from LUMICS offer high reliability from a multi-single emitter device design. These IR diode laser modules are available at wavelengths from 793 nm to 9XXnm and from 1470 nm to 1940 nm. Mixed wavelengths are also available. These devices come with a 200 µm output connector which is terminate with an SMA905 adapter. In addition to 10W laser diode output power, they are offered in a sealed module which can be water cooled or air cooled depending on the option which is ordered. Other options which can be requested are red or green pilot laser and a fiber sensor option. The spectral with is specified to typically 13nm and both temperature and current tuning specifications are referenced on the data sheet. Primary applications for these devices include medical treatment and illumination.
