Product Overview:

520nm, 60mW, Temperature Controlled Laser Diode Module

These scientific series lasers offer up to 60 mW of output power at a center wavelength of 520nm. Designed for high stability over long term use, the source laser diode is a native green TO-can Osram laser diode which has been integrated into a high performance thermal housing. The housing is actively thermally controlled and is pre-configured for this specific LD type.

The power supply is a precision current source with Lasorb surge protection and also has an integrated TEC controller for stabilization. The output wavelength is 520 nm with a tolerance of ± 5 nanometers. Various connector options and fiber coupling options are available. These units were designed for laboratory R&D applications and are not suitable for portable use. Smaller OEM versions are available for product integration.
