Product Overview:

These 1310nm laser diodes are an affordable DFB source for testing and product development applications. They offer optical output power up to 10mW and have a single mode fiber pigtail with and FC/PC connector. They fiber pigtail is a 9 micrometer fiber. They come with an integrated monitor photodiode. The monitor PD requires a bias voltage. They can be ordered with an optical isolator and also with other connector styles. Please request information on pricing for these options. These devices do not have an integrated cooler and proper heat sinking is necessary for safe operation.
