Lumentum Fiber Bragg Grating Stabilized Pump DFB Laser, S36 Series:

These laser diodes are wavelength selected using grating-stabilized, polarization-maintaining (PM) fiber. The high stability devices are housed in an industry-standard, 14-pin buttery package. These S36 series laser diodes are ideal for distributed or discrete Raman amplification applications (1420 to 1520 nm for C- and L-band coverage). They provide up to 600 mW of optical output power and a high thermal efficiency to enable longer links and spans, lower bit error rate (BER), and greater wavelength coverage for 40 GHz and ultra-long haul (ULH) systems.
