Product Overview:

These high power 1550 nm DFB laser diodes from EMCORE offer up to 100 mW of optical output power from a high performance DFB chip. The package includes an integrated thermistor, back facet photodiode and optical isolator. These butterfly packaged DFB sources offer a high efficiency coupling scheme to deliver maximum continuous wave optical power. The BTF package is in an industry standard "Type 2" pin configuration which is OC-48 compatible. The optical isolator is mounted on the TEC.
