Product Overview:

These Frankfurt Laser Company, GmbH, 1550nm laser diodes are offered in a hermetically sealed fiber coupled butterfly package. They deliver up to 100mW of optical output power. These devices are high power, C-band Fabry-Perot laser diodes. These 1550nm center devices are developed on a quantum-well epitaxial growth layer combined with a reliable ridge waveguide structure. These devices are not offer with PM fiber. They come with a 1.5 meter single mode fiber pigtail with an FC/APC connector termination. These diode lasers offer and integrated thermistor for temperature stabilization and device tuning. They also offer an integrated monitor PD for use in constant power (APC) mode of operation.
