Product Overview:

These 1550 nm butterfly packaged laser diodes offer 20 milliwatts of power and a single transverse mode of operation. These modules are fiber coupled and come with a 0.75 ~ 1 meter single mode fiber. They ship with an FC/PC connector, other connector options are available on request. These lasers are designed for sensing and measurement applications as well as for communication instrument products. The fourteen pin standard footprint butterfly package includes an MPD, a TEC and a thermistor.
