Product Overview:

These high power 4-pin fiber coupled laser diodes offer up to 3.3 watts of CW output power. Their center wavelength is 1550nm. These fiber coupled modules feature a high power Indium Phosphide semiconductor laser diode chip mounted into a package which is easy to handle. The 1.5 meter fiber pigtail has a 105 micrometer core and is offered with a high power SMA905 connector. The 4-pin package includes a back facet monitor photodiode for operating the laser in a continuous wave output power control loop feedback mode. They are multi-mode devices. These lasers are reliability tested to stringent OEM medical requirements and offer excellent long term life operation. Key applications include LiDAR laser sensing and integration into medical instruments. They are also used in a broad array of sensing applications for military and defense products.
