Product Overview:

These 1550nm DFB laser diodes are available in 4 different package styles: Coaxial, Coaxial with Heat Sink, Butterfly and DIL. These high stability sources offer a very narrow spectral line width of < 500 kHz and a single mode emission profile. All package styles hermetically sealed and have a fiber optic pigtail. The key features include a 0.09nm line width and a data rate up to 2.5 Gbps. They deliver up to 20mW of optical output in CW mode, and 70 mW in pulsed mode. All package styles include a built-in monitor photodiode. The butterfly and the dual in-line package both also include an integrated TEC cooler and thermistor for temperature stabilization.
