These II-VI butterfly lasers are manufactured by II-VI, and deliver up to 200 mW CW output power, up to 400 mW pulsed output power, and 800 mW in Short Pulse mode. The 1064nm laser diode is sold under part number CMDFB1064A, with a center wavelength of 1064 nm ±2 nm.

The package is a 10-pin butterfly package, with internal thermistor, thermoelectric cooler, and monitor diode. The laser is coupled to Nufern 980-HP polarization-maintaining fiber, with a mode field diameter of 6.6 µm.
