These 395nm laser diodes from Nichia offer single-mode optical output power of up to 120mW. These CW devices operate at a peak wavelength of 390nm to 400nm. They are housed in a TO-Can type 5.6mm package with a zener diode for electrostatic protection, and a monitor diode for APC mode control.
