Product Overview:

These 405nm laser diodes are single mode devices with up to 120mW CW output power. They are supplied in a 5.6mm TO can with Photo Diode and Zener Diode. These laser diodes are suitable for use in various R&D applications for medical, telecommunications,  and control systems equipment.

These single mode devices feature a low threshold current and high slope efficiency resulting in a low operating current while enhancing the lasers reliability and meant time to failure.
