Product Overview:

These all-inclusive high power laser diode systems include a 50 Watt fiber coupled laser diode, a precision laser diode current source, a 168 watt TEC temperature controller and an actively cooled base plate combined into a compact source and control system. These high performance all-inclusive OEM laser diode control and mounting modules include the current source, TEC controller and heat sink with mounting plate for the laser module integrated into one affordable platform. Multiple laser diode protection features ensure that the laser diode module is protected at all times. In addition to CW mode, the controller module comes with an integrated QCW mode pulse generator and can accept an external digital or analog modulation input. They come with a remote I/O by USB or an industrial interface, and ship with control software that includes a simple to use GUI. These units offer precision current source control in both CW and pulsed modes. Pulse-widths as narrow as 25 microseconds are achievable, and available low impedance interface cables to the laser diode ensure clean pulses and eliminate overshoot.
