These DFB laser diodes are centered at 767nm. They are are manufactured by Eagleyard Photonics and are offered in a butterfly package with a window output. They are used for spectroscopy (K D2 line) and metrology applications. The 14-pin butterfly package includes a back-facet laser power monitor, a thermoelectric cooler and a 10K thermistor.
