Product Overview:

These 520nm butterfly packaged laser diodes offer a single transverse lasing mode of operation. They are designed for for research applications, optical measurement products and communication products. These lasers are packaged in a 14-pin standard butterfly with monitor photodiode and thermo-electric cooler (TEC). These modules are pigtailed with a 0.7 to 1 meter single mode polarization maintaining fiber and connectorized with an FC/PC termination.
