637nm, 170mW Laser Diode

This 637nm orange red laser diode features 170mW of output power in a TO-18 (5.6mm) package. These devices are manufactured by Opnext. The HL63133DG devices are AlGaInP laser diodes with a multi-quantum well structure making them ideal for miniature laser displays, laser modules, and optical measurement equipment. Parameters for these laser diodes include a working current of 250-350mA, a threshold current of 60mA, and a working voltage of 2.8-3.2V. Working lifetime is greater that 10,000 hours.
