638nm, 350mW VBG Wavelength Stabilized Laser Diode for Raman Spectroscopy Applications

These 638nm, 350mW wavelength stabilized laser diodes provide high ex-fiber output power at a narrow linewidth, stabilized by a Volume Bragg Grating.

The laser diode is optimized for Raman Spectroscopy, and is also used for metrology, sensing, bio-instrumentation, and analytical instrumentation applications. The laser is packaged in an industry standard 14-pin butterfly package with Type-1 pinout, and includes a high power internal TEC for temperature control and laser output stability.
