Product Overview:

This laser diode module is a self-contained high stability laser source enclosed in an anodized aluminum housing. The laser diode power supply electronics board is integrated into the module. The power supply board offers multiple protection features to safeguard the laser diode. The housing is electrically isolated for flexibility in mounting the module into an existing system. The laser diode is mounted onto a low thermal impedance mounting block in the module to ensure excellent heat dissipation and long lifetime (>10,000 hrs). These modules require an external DC power supply or can be run from a battery supply if low noise performance is essential to your application.

These high performance modules can be used in research applications as well as OEM integration into industrial products and industrial process applications. They are manufactured by Picotronic, GmbH, and offered in North America through Laser Lab Source.
