These 670nm high power laser diodes offer up to 11 watts of optical output power. These fiber-coupled modules offer R&D lab researchers and system integrators a state-of-the-art high power semiconductor laser at 670 nm.
Key features of these diode lasers include a high output power up to 11 watts (CW), a center wavelength of 670nm and an integrated temperature sensor. They are based on a high reliability multi-single chip emitter design. The Mini4 laser module offers an SMA905 connector output and an electrical / control signals input connector. Both 200 and 400 micron fiber core models are available. The Mini-4 module offers high thermal efficiency and a long mean time to failure. The series connected electrical design provides very efficient thermal control when compared to other high power laser technologies. Each chip is individually burned-in and the final module testing includes laser output power, voltage and current plot with threshold point.
