These 760nm DFB laser diodes from eagleyard photonics offer a spectral width (FWHM) of 2 MHz. The temperature coefficient of wavelength dl / dT is specified at 0.06 nm / Degree K. These DFB devices are offered in butterfly package and offer up to 40 mW of optical output power. These distributed feedback lasers are primarily used in tunable laser spectroscopy, metrology and oxygen sensing applications. They are offered with a collimated output beam.
