Product Overview:

These DFB laser diodes are centered at 767nm. They are are manufactured by Eagleyard Photonics and are offered in a hermetically sealed eigth pin TO-can housing. They are used for spectroscopy (K D2 line) and metrology applications. The TO3 style package includes an back-facet optical power monitor, a thermoelectric cooler and a 10K thermistor.
