These 915nm multimode pump laser diode modules from JDSU / Lumentum are offered in a fiber coupled, high reliability L4 package. These devices offer a high output power of up to 10 Watts from a small footprint fiber coupled package. They ship with an SMA connector and a 1 meter fiber pigtail. A key to their long life and long term reliability is a simplified thermal management architecture which is achieved by distributing the diodes (heat sources).
