These 940nm laser diodes from QD Laser Japan are quantum well lasers delivering high output power. These devices are offered in an industry standard 5.6 mm (TO-56) can packaged header, including a monitor photodiode. This laser operates with a high slope efficiency and lateral multi-mode operation.
