976nm, 350 W Laser Diode - High Power Fiber Coupled Module
This high power laser diode provides up to 350 Watts of CW optical output power, at a center wavelength of 976 nm (+/-3 nm), into a 200 micrometer fiber pigtail. Advanced processes for coupling efficiency allows these modules to deliver up to 95% of their output power within 0.16 NA.
These devices are based on a high reliability multi-single emitter design. Their multi-single emitter design provides very good heat dissipation through the package, which leads to excellent thermal performance over a long lifetime.
