This Fiber Bragg Grating stabilized 980nm diode laser is a single frequency laser diode module designed for optical measurement and communication applications. The laser is packaged in 14-pin standard butterfly package with monitor photodiode and thermo-electric cooler (TEC). These lasers from Nolatech offer a narrow linewidth (Δν < 0.1MHz) and a center wavelength of 980nm @ 25°C. They can be supplied with either SM or PM Fiber and ship with an FC/APC connector.
