1064nm 50mW Short-Pulse DFB Laser Diode

This 1064nm distributed feedback (DFB) laser is suitable for fiber laser seeding, measurement, sensing, and frequency doubling applications. The laser is mounted in a TO-56 header and includes a monitor PD for optical power control. The TO-can package is hermetically sealed with a flat cap.

The laser is offered at 1064nm center wavelength (QLD103E-6450). The laser can be purchased at 1030nm center wavelength; inquire about part number QLD103E-3050.
