1300 nm, 10 mW Fabry-Perot Laser Diode Overview

Fabry-Perot laser diode with output power up to 10mW at a wavelength of 1300nm. Standard TO-can package with integrated photodiode. Spectral half-width less then 2.5 nm from emitter area of 5 µm x 1 µm.
