1600 nm, 40 mW Fabry-Perot Laser Diode Overview

TO-Can laser diode from FiberCom. Laser diode is a Fabry-Perot and features a spectral width of +/-3.5nm. Integrated photodiode allows for APC (automated power control) mode of operation and laser can be operated in CW or pulsed mode. In pulse mode the laser can have a pulse width less than 5ns. Laser diode output power up to 40mW with a wavelength of 1600nm.
