DILAS Model M1F-SS2.1 Laser Modules
These model M1F-SS2.1 fiber coupled laser diode modules from DILAS / Coherent are conduction cooled, 808nm single bar modules in a small footprint sealed package. These modules offer a 200µm core SMA-905 output with free standing fiber tip. They offer the user high coupling efficiency and high brightness at an 808nm center wavelength.

These modules are specified to deliver 40 Watts of CW output power and deliver a slope efficiency in excess of 0.80 watts of optical power per ampere of input power. They typically have a temperature tuning ratio of just under 0.3 nm per degree Celsius.
