Product Overview:

These high brightness green laser diodes emit at a center wavelength of 515nm. These Nichia lasers are housed in a 5.6 mm TO-can package. The optical output power is up to 100mW in continuous wave (CW) mode. The working voltage for these devices is 6.2 volts with a typical operating current of <100 mA. These devices are sensitive to ESD and caution should be used when handling any semiconductor laser.
