Product Overview:

These DFB laser diodes are offered at customer specified wavelengths across the 1550nm C-Band ITU grid. They are also available at select wavelengths from 1260 nm to 1650 nm. They are offered in a hermetically sealed 14 pin butterfly package. These DFB's include a thermoelectric cooler (TEC), thermistor, monitor PD and optical isolator to secure high quality laser performance. They are Telcordia GR-468 qualified and in compliance with RoHS directives. They have a PM fiber pigtail and an FC/APC connector. They come with a polarization maintaining fiber pigtail and FC/APC connector, but can be ordered with SM fiber and other connector options on request.

These multiquantum well (MQW) distributed-feedback (DFB) lasers offer a -3dB bandwidth of 2.5 GHz (typical). Their ~ 2 MHz linewidth and integrated isolator makes them a great choice for many tunable diode laser spectroscopy applications.
