660nm, 15mW Fiber Coupled Laser Diode Overview

The LD4B-660-FP-15-DIL-3-PMP04-FA-CW-1.0 is an InGaAlP quantum well laser diode coupled to a PM optical fiber and mounted in a 14-pin DIL package, with monitor photodiode, internal thermistor, and internal TEC. The laser comes standard with PM fiber terminated with an FC/APC connector; please contact us for information on fiber connector options.
