Product Overview:

These high power 10 Watt laser diodes are offered in a fiber coupled package. They have a center wavelength of 1555nm. These devices are based on a multi-single emitter indium phosphide laser technology. The multi-emitter design provides more efficient heat removal from the laser diode chip relative to bar or array packaged devices. This leads to a long lifetime and long MTTf. These 10W high power indium phosphide devices are manufactured by SemiNex and fulfilled by Laser Lab Source worldwide. Seminex delivers industry leading high power levels at IR wavelengths between 1300nm and 1700nm.

10W Laser Fiber Optic Cable and Connector:
The package for these devices comes fiber coupled with a fiber core diameter of 375 microns, and a numerical aperture specifications of 0.22. The fiber length is 1.5 meters. The termination on the end of the fiber pigtail is a high power SMA-905 connector. Other fiber lengths and connectors are available on request.
