850nm, 20mW Fiber Coupled Laser Diode Overview

The LD4B-850-FP-20-Butterfly-3-SMP05-FU-CW-1.0 is an AlGaAs quantum well laser diode coupled to PM optical fiber and packaged into a Butterfly package with a monitor photodiode. The CW output power is 20mW; pulse output power is 45mW. The Butterfly package includes an integrated photodiode, thermoelectric cooler, and temperature sensor.
