1060nm Laser Diode, 2.5W Output Power Overview

These Fabry-Perot laser diodes are offered in a fiber-coupled HHL package. They are multimode 1060nm, 2.5W output power semiconductor lasers. The HHL package includes an internal monitor photodiode, integrated thermoelectric cooler and temperature sensor.

Proper Handling and Operation of Diode Lasers
