375nm laser diodes are gallium nitride, or indium gallium nitride material based semiconductor lasers manufactured by Nichia. They range in output power from 10mW up to approximately 250mW. They are typically packaged into a TO-can package. The TO-can packaged laser is typically only available for purchase directly from Nichia. However, several manufacturers purchase Nichia laser diodes and re-package them under their own brand and in a variety of value added form-factors.
