All semiconductor (non-DPSS) 375nm laser diodes are manufatured by Nichia. These GaN devices are packaged into a TO-can header. The TO-can packaged laser is only available for purchase directly from Nichia. However, several manufacturers purchase the Nichia laser and re-package it into a variety of value added form-factors.
