1120nm Laser Diode, 2.5W Output Power Overview

This 1120nm Fabry-Perot laser diode provides output power up to 2500 mW. The high heat load package includes an internal photodiode, integrated thermoelectric cooler, and temperature sensor to increase stability and reliability.
