1450nm Laser Diode, 1.5W Output Power Overview

Fabry-Perot laser diode, with multi-mode output at 1450nm. Output power is 1500mW at a drive current of 4.5 A or less. The TO-3 package includes an internal photodiode for enhanced stability and reliability.
