1750nm Laser Diode, 5mW Output Power Overview

Fabry-Perot laser diode, with single-mode output at 1750 nm. Output power is 5 mW at a drive current of 90 A or less, and threshold current is typically 60 mA. The SOT-148 package includes an internal photodiode for enhanced stability and reliability.
