1750nm Laser Diode, 40mW Output Power Overview

These 1750nm Fabry-Perot laser diodes are offered in a TO-9 or SOT-148 package. The rated output power in continuous wave (CW) operation is 40mW and these lasers can be pulsed for higher output power. The operating current is less than 300mA with a threshold at 70mA. The integrated photodiode allows for constant power control with compatible laser diode driver. The photodiode current is up to 100 µA.
