Product Overview:

These 375nm laser diode modules deliver up to 200mW of high stability output power. They were designed for demanding laboratory research applications, and offer integrated LASORB protection to protect against power surges and ESD. They are designed for a wide range of applications. These modules are offered in a self-contained high reliability enclosure which includes a user adjustable power supply, or can be purchased with a fully integrated bench-top controller with front panel interface.

Turn-Key Laser Diode Source with Controller and Cooled Housing:
These high stability diode laser based modules offer turn-key operation and deliver user adjustable power up to 0.2 Watts. The laser diode is mounted into a cooled housing to keep the source laser operating at a constant 25C temperature set point. These sources offer a high performance plug and play solution for emerging applications in fluorescence, spectroscopy and microscopy. They have an integrated NICHIA laser diode source, model NDU7216E. Options include a fiber optic patch cord and various lensing options to collimate the beam.
