405nm, 600mW, High Stability Free-Space Laser Diode Module

These 600mW 405nm free space laser diode modules feature excellent divergence and beam size specifications, high power stability, and long operating lifetime. The driver provided with this module ensures precise control of laser diode current, and allows for high speed modulation. Precise control of the laser diode housing greatly improves power stability and ensures long lifetime of the laser diode. This combination of beam specifications and current, temperature control makes this module a perfect choice for both scientific and industrial applications.

Because performance for each module can be slightly different, a test characteristic card is provided with module showing the tested power, wavelength, spectral width, peak-to-peak and RMS power stability over 8h, and beam profiles.

This laser module can be ordered with a fiber-coupled output. Inquire for details. Also, a cooling platform is available for this module to effectively dissipate heat away from the baseplate of the module.
