520nm, 120mW, Single Mode Laser Diode Module

These precision 520nm laser diode based modules from RGB Photonics offer industry leading stability and turn-key performance from a compact module.

The laser diode module includes the PowerBox series control unit and uses USB for control, making this scientific series blue laser diode module ideal for product integration or laboratory test applications.

These 520nm turn-key laser modules can be controlled via a GUI software interface (included in the purchase price) and with serial commands. All communications are done via USB. Laser output power can be adjusted using remote interface. The control unit also includes a modulation input.
