These ultra-compact 520 nm laser diode modules off industry leading stability for the most demanding industrial and R&D applications. The compact laser diode housing design utilizes a USB connector as both the functional control as well as the power source. These 520nm turn-key laser diode modules can be fully controlled using a GUI interface that is included in the purchase price as well as with serial commands. All communications are done through the USB. The laser diode output power can be adjusted using the remote interface.
Ultra-Compact Laser Diode Housing
These 520 nm fiber-coupled laser diode modules are the industries smallest complete laser module. The module includes the laser diode, the precision collimating optics, the laser controller and the power supply via USB. All you need to operate and control the laser is a USB cable connected to your computer. Its compact size makes the Lambda Mini a perfect choice as a precision light source for space-limited applications.

In addition to the fiber-coupled model shown on this product page, these laser diode modules are also available with a free space collimated TEM00 laser beam output.
Single Mode Fiber-Coupled 520 nm Laser Diode Output
These laser diode modules have an 80 cm single mode optical fiber output with an FC/APC connector. Other connector types and fiber types are available on request. The fiber is factory-aligned and permanently attached. Polarization-maintaining or multimode fibers are optionally available.
