520nm, 30mW Fiber Coupled Laser Diode Overview
The model LD4B-520-FP-30-BTF-3-PM03.5-FU-CW-0.5 is a Fabry-Perot laser diode coupled to PM optical fiber. This laser is mounted in a butterfly Package with internal TEC and thermistor. The laser comes standard with PM optical fiber, terminated with an FC/APC connector; please refer to the data sheet or contact us for information on fiber connector options. Proper Handling and Operation of Diode Lasers Diode lasers are highly susceptible to damage from ESD and from temperatures exceeding their specified safe operating range. The user is advised to use care and proper ESD safety practices when handling them to avoid damage to the laser.
